Youth art exhibition!

The exhibition will include the first show of Maya's one on one students, at a collection of their colorful works of art, as well as the project "painting music". We're excited to share our ideas, paintings, and art with you!

A little about "Painting Music" and Maya's students:

Have you ever seen music?
Music can empower, inspire, calm, or energize us. And so do colors. At the "Painting Music" project we'll create a series of acrylic paintings to show the music we hear, as we hear it live at Arts in the Park.

What age is best to start painting? Any! :)
Maya's one on one students will show their artworks and demonstrate learned visual art skills in complementary colors and perspective, inspired by wildlife and landscapes.

When and where: Youth Gallery of the Yukon Art Center on September 6th -30, 2018.
Opening Reception: September 6th 5:30 -7 pm, Youth Gallery, Yukon Art Center.
